About the Program

MBA in Advanced Finance & Strategic Leadership from the Atlantic-Mediterranean Technological University (UTAMED) in Europe, in collaboration with European Institute of Business and Economics (ISEEN), and “Advanced Certification in Artificial Intelligence” from the International Association for Artificial Intelligence (IAAI).

An MBA in Marketing Management & Strategic Communication to master brand strategy, market insight, and integrated communications, connecting consumer understanding with real decisions on positioning, demand generation, reputation, and business growth. Our Methodology

Online learning at the virtual campus of European Institute of Business and Economics (ISEEN) will be based on renowned professors and professionals from the program’s faculty. Students must progress independently through the different teaching units, as well as complete the assigned activities, projects, and corresponding assessments. The student’s independent work is complemented by ongoing communication with the tutor and regular communication with the rest of the participants.

Students must have a minimum average grade of 50%, having completed all the assessments and submitted all the assigned tasks and projects. In addition, they must submit a final master’s project and obtain at least a 70% grade in the assessment of this project.

Final project

As final project for the Master of Business Administration (MBA), students will design and develop a comprehensive business management project under the supervision of a tutor. This project will allow them to apply the knowledge acquired during the program in a practical way by identifying and defining a real business challenge (growth, expansion, profitability, transformation, launch, operational efficiency, or restructuring), diagnosing the situation, and designing a comprehensive executive strategy.

The Final Project will include defining the scope, the analysis model, and the management tools to be used, as well as an implementable action plan with objectives, resources, timeline, risks, and metrics (KPIs/OKRs). As a result, students will submit an executive report with conclusions, recommended decisions, and a roadmap ready to be applied in a real company or in their own venture.
